Where do I start a ticket?
Head to the portal, paste the order ID from your receipt or success page (formats like creed_… or order_…), then open the # support tab and create a thread. A clear subject and first message speeds things up.
Discord vs portal — when should I use which?
Discord shines for community stuff, broad questions, and news. Portal tickets sit on your order: use them when the issue needs your purchase or license details in a private line with the team.
What is the AI button for?
The floating Creed control opens the AI assistant for lightweight, on-site answers. Anything account-heavy or sensitive still belongs in a portal ticket (or Discord if staff tell you to go there).
I don’t see my order ID anywhere
It’s on the confirmation email and the post-payment screen. Still missing? Message us on Discord with the email you paid with and roughly when you bought — we can help trace it.
How soon will someone answer?
It depends on the channel and queue. Quick clarifications often land faster on Discord or through the AI; portal tickets are worked in order with your full order context. We answer as fast as we can during staffed hours.
